"The Boulevard" will be the heart and soul of Caulfield Village. It will provide a new street address leading to the retail shopping centre, cafés and restaurants, and will link Station Street to the rail underpass and Dandenong Road.

This precinct will feature approximately 7,500m2 of retail and commercial space made up of a supermarket, specialty shops, professional services, restaurants and cafés. Up to 340 additional residential units will be located on the upper levels.

The Mixed Use Precinct located in the heart of the Caulfield Village is designed as a natural transition to the taller buildings at the eastern (railway line) end of the village. Building heights will reach a maximum of six levels on “The Boulevard” frontage.

Parking in the Mixed Use Precinct will be provided by both off-street and on-site car parking as well as on-street parking.
