Residential Precinct

Tree lined avenues, wide open footpaths, a safe liveable neighbourhood.

Wide open footpaths, a safe liveable neighbourhood

The residential precinct with its close proximity to a variety of shopping and public transport options, make this a highly sought after address.

In designing the Residential Precinct, the Melbourne Racing Club sought consultation with the local community, to produce a proposal which includes lower building heights and buildings set back from street frontages and the adjoining residential neighbourhood. Building heights will gradually increase from two stories on the Kambrook Road frontage to a maximum height of six stories on Bond Street.

The residential precinct will feature up to 200 dwellings in a medium density 55+ lifestyle development as well as up to 70 dwellings along Heywood Street. Residents will be able to live and relax in a secure and protected community where they can meet with family and friends to enjoy everything that Caulfield Village and its surrounds have to offer.

Caulfield Racecourse Reserve with its natural environment and lakes, is one of the many parkland areas located within easy walking distance of the Village. The nearby Glen Huntly Park, East Caulfield Reserve and Caulfield Park all offer a variety of passive and active recreational opportunities which can be pursued.
